Data Processing Addendum

For data about your Visitors, you are the controller and Devlune is the processor. You determine what is collected and why; we process it only on your documented instructions (your configuration in the dashboard).

• Subject matter: providing analytics, view counters, and form handling.
• Duration: for as long as your account is active, plus your plan's retention window.
• Nature: collection, storage, aggregation, and deletion of event and submission data.
• Data subjects: your website Visitors and form respondents.

• Process personal data only on your instructions.
• Ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality.
• Implement the technical measures described on our Security page.
• Assist with data-subject requests and breach notifications.
• Delete or return personal data at the end of the engagement.

You authorize the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We'll give notice before adding new ones so you can object.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our sub-processors.
