Terms of Service

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

You agree not to:

• Track Visitors without a lawful basis or a compliant privacy notice on your site.
• Collect special-category personal data through our forms without proper consent.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or to violate any law.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits and security controls.
• Resell the service without a written agreement.

You retain ownership of your sites, forms, submissions, and analytics data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service. You are the data controller for your Visitors' data; we act as your processor (see the DPA).

• Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe or Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
• Usage beyond plan limits (e.g. pageviews) may be throttled or require an upgrade.

We work hard to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without an uptime guarantee unless stated in a separate agreement. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlune is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
